Sales Tax
In accordance with applicable state law, a sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not collected on shipments to recipients outside of California.

Orders paid by check will be sent out after the bank clears the payment, which usually takes 7 - 10 days. Orders paid by money order or cashier's check will be mailed out the next day after we receive the payment.

International Orders
For international orders, we will email you estimated shipping charges before shipment. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Promotion Codes
To redeem a promotional offer, simply enter your promotion code and your promotional discount will be factored into your final order upon checkout and will be reflected in your order summary. Promotions may be cancelled or modified at any time due to system error, fraud, or other unforeseen problem. Expiration dates apply. See actual certificate for other terms and conditions.

Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may not be available at the time of your order. We will promptly notify you via email if the item you ordered is not available.
